dc.description.abstractThis article aims to analyze the proliferation of theories and approaches on the subject of leadership, which ended up both pulverizing the most nuclear definition of this phenomenon and confusing the minds of many leaders about the posture they should take for themselves. In this sense, the objective of this research is both to conceptualize and delimit what is essential in leadership, as well as to discuss the practical positioning of the leader in the face of countless approaches. This material is justified by the indispensability of this phenomenon in the social fabric. The methodology of the work has an exploratory character and is built from the consultation of articles, that is, it is based on bibliographical research techniques. The qualitative results showed that interpersonal relationships are the essence of leadership and that the leader must have a flexible and adaptive posture.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoEsse artigo tem por objetivo analisar a proliferação de teorias e abordagens a respeito do tema da liderança que acabaram por tanto pulverizar a definição mais nuclear desse fenômeno, quanto confundiu a cabeça de muitos líderes acerca da postura que deveria tomar para si. Nesse sentido, o objetivo da presente pesquisa é tanto conceituar e delimitar aquilo que é essencial na liderança, quanto discutir sobre o posicionamento prático do líder diante de incontáveis abordagens. O presente material justifica-se pela imprescindibilidade desse fenômeno no tecido social. A metodologia do trabalho possui caráter exploratório e se constrói a partir da consulta principalmente de artigos, ou seja, está fundamentada nas técnicas de pesquisa bibliográficas. Os resultados qualitativos mostraram que os relacionamentos interpessoais são a essência da liderança e que o líder deve ter uma postura flexiva e adaptativa.pt_BR
