Item type:Item, A precarização do trabalho e seus impactos negativos nas organizações(Instituto Federal do Amapá, 2025-04-03) LOPES, Luis Andiel Novoa Diaz; CARLOS, Luana de Sousa; NUNES, Edilon MendesWork precarization is characterized by the reduction of labor rights, instability in employment relations, and the deterioration of working conditions. This article analyzes the negative impacts of this phenomenon on Brazilian organizations, particularly after the 2017 Labor Reform, which increased informality, flexible contracts, and weakened unions. Precarization leads to absenteeism, high turnover, labor disputes, and demotivation, compromising productivity and organizational competitiveness. On the other hand, solutions such as strengthening inclusive policies, investing in training, and promoting decent working conditions can reverse these impacts. The research is based on data from PNAD and IBGE and contributes to understanding precarization dynamics and its economic and social implications.Item type:Item, A utilização do laboratório virtual como possibilidade metodológica para o ensino da química na educação de jovens e adultos(Instituto Federal do Amapá, 2025-03-20) LOPES, Ingrid Santana; CUNHA, Suany Rodrigues; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3934539441318645; SOUZA, Marcos Antonio Feitosa de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9128527601513145This work addresses the use of virtual laboratories in chemistry teaching, with a focus on Youth and Adult Education (EJA). Its general objective is to analyze the use of virtual laboratories as a methodological possibility in teaching chemistry for EJA and as specific objectives to investigate the potential of virtual laboratories in teaching Chemistry to meet the demands of EJA; present examples of virtual laboratory platforms and tools applicable to Chemistry teaching; identify the functionalities and accessibility of virtual laboratories for EJA. The research aims to highlight how these tools can make teaching more dynamic, accessible and aligned with the realities of EJA students, overcoming infrastructure limitations and expanding access to experimental learning. The chosen methodology was bibliographical research with a qualitative approach, using the periodicals Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertaçãos (BDTD) and Google Scholar as a database, under the time frame of 2011 – 2024 from which articles, dissertations and theses were collected. The results demonstrate that virtual laboratories are an important ally incorporated into the teaching methodology for young adult education. It is clear that there is a gap in the use of these technologies in EJA.Item type:Item, O ensino de língua inglesa no curso técnico em edificações do Ifap: pelas lentes da Base Nacional Comum Curricular(Instituto Federal do Amapá, 2025-03-18) OLIVEIRA, Eliezio Maciel de; PEREIRA, Aldina Tatiana Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7854103867873533In today's globalized context, the English language plays a vital role in social life, significantly influenced by advancements in technology and globalization. Despite ongoing debates within theoretical fields regarding the utility of individuals' linguistic repertoires for business communication in politics, economics, and culture, this study is guided by a central research question: how are the skills and competencies in the English language, as outlined in the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC), integrated into the curriculum of the Buildings course at IFAP? The primary objective is to investigate the incorporation of English language instruction within the technical course curriculum at IFAP, as viewed through the lens of the BNCC. The methodology employed includes exploratory research with a qualitative approach, incorporating case studies and documentary analysis. Bardin’s thematic content analysis has been selected as the analytical technique. The findings suggest that the teaching of English within this globalized framework warrants attention to the guidelines set forth by the National Common Curricular Base, reflecting a deterritorialized nature: English as a lingua franca.Item type:Item, Formação docente para a educação de jovens e adultos: análise do currículo de licenciatura em química no Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Amapá(Instituto Federal do Amapá, 2025-03-20) MAGNO, Arleia Midões; CUNHA, Suanny Rodrigues da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3934539441318645; SOUZA, Marcos Antonio Feitosa de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9128527601513145This study focuses on teacher education for Youth and Adult Education (EJA), with an emphasis on analyzing the curriculum of the Chemistry Teacher Education Program. Its general objective is to analyze how EJA is addressed in the curriculum of the Chemistry Teacher Education Program offered by the Federal Institute of Science and Technology of Amapá. To this end, the analysis of the Course Pedagogical Project (PPC) was adopted, identifying changes and advances in the training of future teachers to work in this modality. The research is characterized by a qualitative approach. The results indicate that the initial version of the PPC (2015–2021) presented gaps in teacher preparation for EJA, while the 2021 reformulation of the PPC brought important advances, such as the inclusion of the subject "Theory and Practice of EJA" and the expansion of the theme in supervised internships and pedagogical subjects. However, challenges remain, such as the need for deeper methodological approaches and greater integration of local cultural knowledge. It is concluded that a more inclusive teacher education, sensitive to the specificities of EJA, is essential to prepare teachers to serve this audience, contributing to a more equitable and transformative education.Item type:Item, O nascimento do Proeja nos campi Macapá e Laranjal do Jari: uma análise histórica e crítica no Ifap (2012-2016)(Instituto Federal do Amapá, 2024-12-20) MIRANDA, Ângela Maria Chaves; ALMEIDA, David Figueiredo de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1044087370606163; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-7836-1162This study addressed the National Program for the Integration of Vocational Education with Basic Education in the Youth and Adult Education modality (Proeja) at the Federal Institute of Amapá (Ifap). The objective was to investigate the origins of Proeja within the institution. To that end, we described how the initial offering of this educational modality took place at the Macapá and Laranjal do Jari campuses. We sought to identify the individuals involved in this process and how student admission was carried out. We also examined whether teacher training occurred for those who worked in Proeja. The theoretical framework contextualized the need to offer Proeja within the Federal Network, based on the implementation decrees and a historical approach grounded in the perspectives of renowned authors, including Paulo Freire. Our research also presents a brief account of the implementation experiences of Proeja at the Federal Institute of São Paulo (IFSP) and the Federal Institute of Ceará (IFCE). From a methodological point of view, we adopted a qualitative approach, characterized by exploratory and descriptive features. The choice of a qualitative method allows for a better understanding of the phenomena studied, focusing on the experiences, perceptions, and meanings attributed by the subjects. The exploratory nature of the research investigates aspects that are still little known or understood, allowing for the identification of new perspectives and relevant issues. The descriptive aspect aims to detail the characteristics of our object of study, providing a broad and detailed view of the contexts and elements involved, without the intention of testing hypotheses or generalizing results. Data collection was carried out through document and bibliographic analysis. Based on a thorough analysis and discussion of the results, we were tasked with producing an Educational Product (EP), a requirement of the ProfEPT (Graduate Program in Vocational and Technological Education). The compilation of Narrated Chronicles, in podcast format, presents not only a historical record of Proeja but also reflections on the program’s value within the Federal Network, as well as the challenges and progress throughout its journey. It also includes a personal reflection by the researcher, describing experiences in teaching and in the family context, with excerpts from Paulo Freire’s writings, from the perspective of an emancipatory, critical education that fosters meaningful and engaged learning, prioritizing human development and the integral formation of individuals. This record may enrich other research focused on the study of Proeja.
