dc.description.abstractThe idea for the business arose from the need seen in Laranjal do Jari, to open a gym that was concerned with meeting the needs of the client, thus focusing on health and well-being, physical performance and quality of life. Bearing these indicators in mind, the Mega Academia will have a place with equipment and machines for bodybuilding exercises, in addition to a place for zumba classes. The gym will be open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, which will result in 16 hours of operation, from Monday to Saturday. With this, the company will work with the monthly fee model that will correspond to the right to go to the gym one hour a day. In order to meet the needs of the company's target audience, Mega Academia will have a team of qualified professionals dedicated to monitoring the evolution process of each student according to their specificities. A survey was carried out of all the financial investments necessary for the implementation and execution of the business, namely: initial investment of R$ 957.434.04 (Nine hundred and fifty-seven thousand, four hundred and thirty-four and four cents); internal rate of return of: 25.70% (twenty-five point seventy percent) and also a payback period of 3 (three) years and 4 (four) months.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoA ideia do negócio surgiu da necessidade vista em Laranjal do Jari, de abrir uma academia que se preocupasse em atender a necessidade do cliente, focando assim em saúde e bem-estar, performance física e qualidade de vida. Tendo em vista esses indicadores, a Mega Academia disporá de um local com equipamentos e máquinas para exercícios de musculação, além de um local para aulas de zumba. A academia funcionará das 06:00 horas da manhã às 22:00 horas, o que resultará em 16 horas de funcionamento, de segunda a sábado. Com isso, a empresa trabalhará com o modelo de mensalidade que corresponderá ao direito de frequentar a academia uma hora ao dia. Para atender a necessidade do público-alvo da empresa, a Mega academia contará com uma equipe de profissionais qualificados e dedicados em acompanhar o processo de evolução de cada aluno de acordo com suas especificidades. Foi realizado um levantamento de todos os investimentos financeiros necessários paraa implementação e execução do negócio sendo eles: investimento inicial de R$ 957.434,04 (Novecentos e cinquenta e sete mil quatrocentos e trinta e quatro e quatro centavos); taxa interna de retorno de: 25,70% (vinte e cinco virgula setenta por cento) e além disso um payback de 3 (três) anos e 4 (quatro) meses.pt_BR
